Location

Our villa is well situated for popular parks and attractions. It is just 3 minutes from Champions Gate where there is a Publix supermarket, restaurants and shops. Champions Gate has 2 Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are also many other popular golf courses in the area.

The house is close to exit  58 of the I4, less than 10 minutes from Disney's main gate, and the Universal Parks and Sea World are only 20 - 25 minutes away.

The villa is within 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sanford Airport.

Directions from Interstate 4:

• Take exit 58 and turn right at the end of the Interstate ramp onto Champions Gate Boulevard.

• Go through the arches of Champions Gate and pass through 2 traffic lights. (The Publix supermarket will be on your right). Continue to the end of the road.

• Turn right onto Ronald Reagan Parkway/CR 54 (1 mile).

• Turn left onto Mayfair Boulevard into the West Haven community.

• Turn left into the Sanctuary community.
